Hondo Economic Development Corporation invites and welcomes proposals for qualifications to be the service operator of the proposed new construction of Navigator’s Café. Please take the time to carefully read and become familiar with the proposal requirements outlined in the RFQ document linked below.

All proposals submitted for consideration must be received by the time specified below.
